Very cool place to visit. An amazing architectural designed house. The tour was 1hr long and packed full of interesting history of the design, the build, the family that lived there. The house consists of 4 main materials, wood, concrete, bricks and glass.

Beautiful home. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. She definitely knows her stuff, and she gave us recommendations for other FLW houses to tour. The house is so unique with the parallelogram style. I especially thought the parallelogram beds were a nice touch and an extra mile. Maybe I'll copy the "bookcases everywhere" design in my own home. I would definitely visit again and/or bring St Louis visitors with me. :) Also, the lack of right angles visually was making me feel disoriented and sick. Just a warning for others just in case. Everyone else on the tour seemed fine though, so maybe that's just me!!

We Love Frank Lloyd Wright and Did not know this existed and was a 1/2 hour drive from St.Charles. Outstanding Wright house a must see. The tour groups are small because the house is 1900 square feet. There is currently only 2 tours a day. We appreciated they fit us in. Our tour guide was Great!

This house is an absolute gem and a great example of Wright's Usonian style of architecture. The house was owned only by the couple who built it before ownership passed to the trust which maintains it today. It's in remarkably original condition and remains true to Wright's original plans and vision.

This was our first tour of an FLW home, and it was so interesting to see it up close after reading about the "Kraus House" online. This house is unique because its shape is based on a parallelogram, and the house is made almost entirely with 60° and 120° angles. The curvy driveway onto the property is just over one lane wide, so I definitely recommend driving with care. Your email confirmation will indicate arriving within 15 minutes of your tour time, but you are allowed to explore the grounds of the home for a bit following the tour. There is a small gift shop that is open following the tour, with a few items specific to this FLW house, and others that are more generally FLW-inspired.

St. Louis is fortunate to have a Frank Lloyd Wright home. It's an amazing collection of angles, with only two 90 degree corners in the entire home. The docent-led tour was quite informative, and of course the building itself is fascinating. If you're a fan, you'll undoubtedly love it. Unfortunately, you cannot photograph the interior.

The house is truly amazing. You must go and take everyone you can to see it. I discovered it during some internet research in the height of Covid-19. The house was closed for tours then. I must say, it was worth the wait. My jaw dropped when I walked into the house. Just an incredible piece of art and history!
